# SDR - Sales Development Representative

### Công việc chính

* Phát triển các SQLs từ: 
  * Một danh sách 50 top khách hàng tìm năng từ AE, 
  * Phân khúc tiềm năng từ ban quản lý/lãnh đạo 
* Nghiên cứu và nhận diện các mục tiêu có nhu cầu 
* Tìm hiểu nhu cầu của khách hàng bằng việc thấu hiểu từ các kênh: chat, email, điện thoại, trò chuyện
* Thẩm định khách hàng tiềm năng dựa trên sự phù hợp 
  * Khách hàng tiềm năng đủ điều kiện được gán cho FAE / AE 
  * Nhu cầu chưa rõ ràng được đánh dấu và có thể chuyển lại quá trình nuôi dưỡng (hoặc Self-Service)
* Được tính thành quả khi SQL được chấp nhận (có SA)
